General Questions
What is the Beyond Hospitality Capital Token ?
A digital token on the HollaEx platform that represents economic rights derived from hotel assets, issued through HERITAGE BEYOND HOSPITALITY PLC — the SPV and operator managing the property.
What makes this approach stand out compared to traditional real estate investing?
Tokenization enables lower entry costs, transparent on-chain records, potential liquidity via a secondary market, and real-time performance tracking.
On which blockchain is the digital asset issued?
The token is minted on the Solana network, known for its lightning-fast transactions, minimal gas fees, and full compliance with the SPL Token Standard.
Through which platform is the investment made?
All investments are carried out via the HollaEx platform — handling onboarding, KYC/AML verification, investor dashboards, and distribution management.
How is the yield generated?
From the hotel’s management revenues.
When are they distributed?
Quarterly (every 3 months) in EUR.
Is there a reinvestment program (DRIP)?
The automatic reinvestment feature is optional and can be enabled via the smart contract, allowing the automatic purchase of additional tokens using the distributions (yield/rewards)."
What is the entry threshold for investors?
Minimum amount: €500 (additional limits may apply depending on investor classification).
Supported Payment Methods
Payments are supported via bank transfers (SEPA/SWIFT), credit/debit cards, and digital currencies (stablecoins)

What rights does the token provide?
The rights of token holders are defined by the corresponding smart contract and may include participation in governance processes, distribution of returns, or special uses within the ecosystem.
Are there privileges for holders?
Yes. Token holders receive a 20% discount voucher for hotel stays and F&B services, subject to terms and restrictions outlined in the issuance documents.

HERITAGE BEYOND HOSPITALITY PLC (SPV), which also acts as the hotel manager.
What KYC/AML procedures are required?

What are the transaction costs?
Users can buy, sell, and swap digital assets without fees, as all movements are executed off-chain within the platform’s internal accounting system.

The following may apply:

• Withdrawal fees: When a user chooses to transfer funds outside the platform, to an external wallet or blockchain.

• Network fees (gas fees): For on-chain transactions, determined by the blockchain network itself (e.g., Solana) and borne by the user.
How can I track returns, fees, and charges?
Users can view returns, fees, and charges in real time within their profile, both before and after each transaction. A full, detailed report of all transactions, returns, and bookings is also available.

Earn in Hospitality. Tokenized.

Through tokenization — digitally representing participation rights linked to the performance of real estate assets on blockchain — we aim to make real estate investment more accessible, transparent, and flexible for everyone.

With blockchain-backed tokens, participants can enter with smaller amounts and gain exposure to an investment product’s performance with more flexibility than traditional alternatives. Our goal is to build a platform and brand that delivers security, credibility, and simplicity throughout the investment process.

Beyond Hospitality Capital (BHC) is our blockchain-based investment product, built on the HollaEx platform, enabling investors to acquire tokens with annual returns of 7–9% and quarterly distributions.
The HollaEx platform fully manages KYC and compliance, while the product has a minimum investment of €500 and a cap of €5,000,000.
